Tanguy Terlier

Tanguy Terlier is a research scientist at Rice University for the Shared Equipment Authority (Houston, Texas, United States) and a member-at -large for the executive committee of American Vacuum Society / Applied Surface Science Division. His research interests are centered on the development of operando measurements using ToF-SIMS, and the use of analytical tools & advanced computing algorithms for solving complex datasets. He is also focused on in situ Scanning Probe Microscopy for data fusion in correlative microscopy and for advanced 3D reconstruction using SPM/ToF-SIMS.
